We’re committed to getting your Packmate gear to you quickly, safely, and reliably. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • The United States

  • Canada

  • Select international destinations (additional fees and delivery times may apply)

Note: If your country isn't listed at checkout, contact us at mike@packmatecarriers.com and we'll do our best to accommodate you.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships


Estimated Delivery Times

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Remote areas may experience longer transit times

International:

  • 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

⚠️ Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs inspections.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. You’ll see all options before completing your order.

Free shipping promotions (if available) will be automatically applied.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can check your package’s progress at any time using the link provided.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived:

  1. Double check your mailbox, building, or porch area

  2. Ask neighbors or your local carrier

  3. Wait 24 hours — sometimes packages are marked delivered slightly early

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.


Address Issues

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
